We treat each tenant as we would want someone to treat our kids when they go off to school.  We do everything we can to make the renting experience a positive one for all involved from start to finish.

I have owned my own rental property company for 25 years and I will put that experience to work for you. I have always lived by the fact that honesty and integrity are of the utmost importance in life, and if you choose to work with 4 Point Properties, I promise I will do my best for you.

I grew up on an Oklahoma wheat farm, then moved to Stillwater in 1988 to attend Oklahoma State on a wrestling scholarship. After graduation, I married Andrea, a hometown girl, and we decided to stay in Stillwater to raise our kids: Gatlin, Molly, and Wiley.

Stillwater has terrific schools, great neighborhoods, and has Oklahoma State University at it's center. The people here are friendly, honest and down to earth. I was able to get to know many families as a junior high teacher and coach for 11 years and now continue to be an assistant wrestling coach at Stillwater High School.  I look forward to working with you.
